AlterWarrior Conditioning

Combat sports require the highest level of fitness: efficient control of body and mind are vital to training hard, performing well and resisting injury. Used successfully by our pro and amateur fighters, AlterWarrior develops the mind, muscle and mobility of a balanced martial artist — integrating modern and traditional strength & conditioning, kettlebells, Olympic lifting, gymnastics, track & field, Pilates and yoga. Classes consist of challenges, drills and functional exercises for developing every athletic component: balance, speed, agility, stability, mobility, strength, power and endurance. Private training for fitness and fight preparation are also available by appointment.
