Woodenman Muay Thai

Muay Thai is Thailand's 1000-year old martial art and national sport, and one of the most effective striking systems for the ring, cage and overall fitness. Our program is a unique opportunity to learn from one of Thailand's legends, Jongsanan 'The Wooden Man'. Woodenman Muay Thai is based in solid technique, intelligent strategy and tough conditioning, balancing aggression with focused calm. The style also incorprates Western boxing and is highly adapable to mixed martial arts and international-style kickboxing. Our program follows a structured weekly training schedule to drive constant progress in all areas, with regular testing for advancement to higher levels occurring every few months.
